The rules are designed to keep the competition fun. It’s not about who has the best skaters or who can do the most tricks. It’s about skating with your mates. If someone is on your team it’s because you want to skate together not because you want to win. There are plenty of comps to try hard and be the best but this isn’t one of them. Now go have fun and don’t take it too seriously, it’s only skateboarding!
The team; consists of 6 skaters*, along with rad-dads (or mums), friends or others to provide: transport, filming, editing, morale, hospital visits, etc.
Each team will need one member that must be a responsible adult over the age of 18.This person is responsible for all under 18’s in the team, as acting guardian and must be present at all times during skating.
Only the 6 skaters can complete challenges and only one of these may be a sponsored skater (flow, shop, am, pro, etc.) if you have more hocked up skaters on your team please let us know asap.
Disclaimer
Everyone that takes part in the event does so entirely at their own risk and must exercise judgement over what they are and aren’t willing to do. When skateboarding it is advisable to wear full safety protection all times.
If you get maimed, arrested, hurt, heartbroken or in any other way harmed, we don’t exist and neither does this event. If you don’t want to or don’t think you can do something, don’t do it. It’s only a laugh and it’s not worth doing anything that will be costly long term.
Some of the tasks are only there for comedy value, if you can’t work out which ones are serious and which ones aren’t, this isn’t the competition for you.
